Delhivery private limited was launched in 2011 in Gurugram. As of now, its business operations have expanded over to over 1,200 cities in India. At present, its primary source of business is through e-commerce clients. It started by delivering flowers and food from local stores in Gurugram.

Express: On demand delivery is one of the services offered by the company as a part of Express. Same day delivery, next day delivery, time-based / slot based delivery are some of its similar services. The company also provides options for Hazmat dangerous goods delivery and also large size order delivery. Express packages can be located realtime using AWB track order feature.
Returns Management: Returns management takes care of order pickup, quality check, and assurance. Cash on Delivery (COD) is another popular service utilized by e-commerce customers.
