It was established by Mr. Vijay Sankeshwar in the year 1976. Its businesses include logistics, publishing and road transportation. Headquartered in Hubballi, it has a wider network with more than 931 branches and 40 transportation yards.

Logistics
The company provides general parcels as well as courier services. Parcels and consignments are delivered through LTL trucks throughout India. Live truck and parcel tracking are supported by this service.
